FOLK AND CULTURAL SHOWS FOR EVENTS IN DUBAI
Our folk and cultural shows bring the dance, music and costume of a country to your event in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE. Each programme is performed by EFT’s own dancers in costumes made in our workshop. Choose one country for a themed night, or combine several into a journey around the world.
Folk and cultural dance shows by country
- Spain – flamenco dancers in ruffled dresses, with guitar-driven music and castanet rhythm.
- Russia – the Kalinka-Malinka show: an all-female folk ensemble in sarafans and kokoshnik headdresses, in 5, 10 or 15 minute sets.
- Greece – a Mediterranean programme with Greek music and dance.
- Egypt – pharaoh-inspired costumes, gold and ancient mystique.
- The East: belly dance and tanoura – Middle Eastern dance, drums and the whirling tanoura for Arabian-nights evenings.

Can we combine several countries in one show?
Yes. The “journey” format links several countries with costume changes and music transitions, so guests travel the world in one set. It works well as the main show of a dinner.
How long is a cultural show?
A single-country set usually runs 5 to 15 minutes. A multi-country journey or a show split across the evening can be longer; we plan it around your running order.
Can guests join in?
On request, the dancers can finish with a short interactive part and bring guests onto the floor, which is a good bridge from dinner to the party.
How do I get a price?
