WEDDING PLANNER IN DUBAI & ACROSS THE UAE

We plan your whole wedding, from the venue and décor to the entertainment and the last dance, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING IN DUBAI AND THE UAE

EFT Entertainment Group is a wedding planner in Dubai for couples who want a beautiful, well-organised day and a celebration their guests will not forget. We plan weddings, engagements and wedding weekends in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and across the UAE, for couples who live here and for those flying in from abroad.

We are not only a planning agency. We are a production and entertainment company, and we already plan and produce private events, from intimate dinners to large celebrations. A wedding uses the same skills: venue and supplier management, guest logistics, staging, sound and light, a tight running order and a team that stays calm on the day. What we add is our own entertainment, created in-house by our choreographers, dancers, musicians and show creators.

You can hand us the whole wedding or only the parts you need: full planning, partial planning, or coordination on the day for a wedding you have already arranged.

WEDDINGS IN DUBAI, ABU DHABI AND THE OTHER EMIRATES

Most couples search for a wedding planner in Dubai, but your wedding does not have to be there. We plan weddings across the UAE, and each emirate offers something different:

  • Dubai: the widest choice of hotel ballrooms, beach resorts, rooftop venues and desert camps, and the easiest access for international guests.
  • Abu Dhabi: grand hotel ballrooms, beach resorts on Saadiyat and Yas islands, and desert resorts towards Liwa, often with more space for large guest lists.
  • Ras Al Khaimah: beach and mountain resorts with a relaxed, destination-wedding feel, about an hour’s drive from Dubai.
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: family-focused hotels and beach resorts, with Fujairah’s east coast for a quieter seaside setting.

Rules on music, alcohol, outdoor events and late finishes differ between emirates and between venues, so we check what your venue allows before we plan the programme.

WEDDING VENUES WE PLAN FOR

We plan weddings at the kind of venue that suits your guest list and your style:

  • Hotel ballrooms for large receptions, with in-house catering and technical support.
  • Beach and garden venues for sunset ceremonies and outdoor receptions in the cooler months.
  • Desert camps and resorts for an Arabian-night setting under the stars.
  • Rooftops, restaurants and yachts for smaller, more intimate celebrations.
  • Private villas and family homes for traditional celebrations and multi-day events.

If you have already booked a venue, we start from there and work with the venue’s wedding and banqueting team.

ENTERTAINMENT IS WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Many wedding planners book entertainment through outside agencies. At EFT the entertainment is our own: our choreographers, professional dancers, musicians and show creators are part of the team that plans your wedding. That means one conversation and one plan for everything your guests see and hear:

  • live bands, vocalists and DJs for every part of the day;
  • first dance choreography for the couple;
  • the bride’s surprise dance and family dances, with our dancers alongside;
  • grand entrances, wedding shows and finales.

HOW WE PLAN YOUR WEDDING

Every wedding follows the same clear process, so you always know what has been decided and what comes next:

  • Consultation: we meet in person or by video call to talk about the date, the guest list, your budget range, your traditions and the feel you want.
  • Proposal and budget: a concept, a venue shortlist and a budget split by category, so you see where the money goes before you commit.
  • Venue and key bookings: site visits and the venue contract, then the suppliers that book up first, such as the photographer, décor and entertainment.
  • Design and details: décor and floral mock-ups, the menu tasting, invitations, the guest list and seating plan, dance lessons and rehearsals.
  • Final plan: a detailed running order and supplier schedule, shared with the venue and every supplier in the last weeks.
  • Wedding day: our coordinators and producers run the set-up, the ceremony, the reception and the breakdown, so you and your families can simply enjoy the day.

WHAT SHAPES YOUR WEDDING BUDGET

Every wedding is quoted on its own plan, because the same guest list can cost very different amounts depending on choices like these:

  • Guest numbers, which drive the venue size, catering, seating and transport.
  • Venue and date: peak-season weekends and the most sought-after hotels cost more than weekdays and the summer months.
  • Décor and flowers, especially imported flowers and large installations.
  • Entertainment and production: the number of performers, the length of each set, staging, sound, light and effects.
  • Number of events: a single evening, or a wedding weekend with a welcome dinner, ceremony, reception and brunch.

Tell us your budget range at the start and we will design the wedding to fit it, showing where it is worth spending more and where you can save.

THE UAE WEDDING SEASON

The main wedding season in the UAE runs from October to April, when evenings are cool enough for beach, garden and desert venues. November to March is the busiest period, and the most popular venues and weekend dates book many months ahead.

From May to September most weddings move indoors, to hotel ballrooms and air-conditioned venues, where availability and prices are often better. Ramadan affects music, timings and venue availability, so we check its dates early when you choose your wedding date.

WHY COUPLES CHOOSE EFT AS THEIR WEDDING PLANNER

  • Licensed in the UAE: our company, EFT Parties and Events Organizing L.L.C., is licensed in Abu Dhabi, and our production team works from Dubai.
  • One team for planning and entertainment: the people who plan your wedding also create the shows and the dances, so nothing is lost between suppliers.
  • Original entertainment: shows and choreography are created and rehearsed in-house, not booked from a catalogue.
  • International experience: a team with more than 20 years of international show production.
  • Clear scope and budget: you know what is included, who is responsible and what comes next at every stage.
