Outdoor shows need different planning from a ballroom: wind, sand, distance from the audience, power and the light after sunset. We plan the running order, costume and staging for the site, and we coordinate sound, power and lighting with the camp before the night, so nothing is left to chance.

When is desert event season in the UAE?
Roughly from October to April, when evenings are cool enough to be outside. December to February is the busiest stretch, so dates go early.
Can you perform at any desert camp?
In most cases, yes. We check the site, access, power and stage area with the camp in advance and adapt the show to what is there.
Is fire safe to use in the desert?
Only where the site and the permits allow it. We plan fire and flame effects with the venue, keep a safe distance from guests, and replace them with light and LED effects where fire is not permitted.
Do you handle artist permits?
Yes. We obtain the artist permits and event permits that each venue and event requires, so your team does not have to.
