EFT Entertainment Group is a show and event production company working in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. We write and stage original shows, and we run the production around them: stage, lighting, sound, video and the crew who operate it on the night. Clients come to us because they need a show created for their event, or because they have an event that needs producing properly. Usually it is both.

FULL-SERVICE SHOW PRODUCTION
One team carries the project from concept to curtain call: creative concept and scripting, music and choreography, costume design, stage and set design, lighting design and operation, sound engineering and live mixing, LED screens and video content, special effects, rehearsals and show calling on the day. You brief us once and work with one producer, instead of coordinating a creative agency, an AV supplier and a talent booker separately.
STAGE SHOW PRODUCTION IN DUBAI
Stage shows are the core of our event production in Dubai. Every show is written for its audience and its room, then cast, costumed and rehearsed by our own team. The formats we produce most often:
- Themed stage shows: full productions built around a story or a destination, from a 1920s Gatsby evening to a journey through different countries.
- Dinner shows: sets choreographed around courses and service, for dinner show venues and private dinners.
- Immersive shows: performers move through the room and guests become part of the story, as in our immersive dinner format.
- Opening and reveal acts: short, high-impact pieces for launches, award nights and conference openings.
- Seasonal productions: New Year, Halloween and National Day shows, refreshed every season.
Every format can be adapted to a brand, a theme or a venue, and most can be scaled from an intimate dinner to a full ballroom.
HOW WE PRODUCE A SHOW
Every event production in Dubai follows the same steps, so you see the show taking shape long before it reaches the stage.
- Brief: the event, the audience, the room, the timing and what the show needs to achieve.
- Concept and script: the story, the running order and the music, presented to you before anything is built.
- Design: costumes, set, lighting and video designed together, so the look holds from the first cue to the last.
- Casting and rehearsal: performers, dancers and musicians rehearse the full show before it reaches the venue.
- Technical rehearsal: on site, with the venue’s power, rigging and sound checked against the show plan.
- Show night: our stage manager and show caller run every cue, so the people who rehearsed the show are the people who deliver it.
A bespoke production typically takes four to eight weeks from brief to performance; formats built on an existing show can move faster.
A PRODUCTION HOUSE, NOT A BOOKING AGENCY
Most companies that sell entertainment in the UAE are booking agencies: they keep a catalogue of acts and send whoever is available. A production house works the other way round. We start from your event and build the show for it, then produce it with our own creative and technical team.
The difference shows on the night. A booked act arrives with its own music, its own timing and its own idea of the room. A produced show is written for your running order, rehearsed in your venue and cued by a stage manager who knows when the speeches end and the dinner service starts. The costumes match the theme, the lighting is designed for the act, and the music links one segment to the next instead of stopping between them.
It also changes who is accountable. With a booking agency, the venue, the AV supplier and each act answer to you separately. With a production house, one producer is responsible for the whole show, from the first concept to the last cue, and for how it fits the rest of the event.

COSTUMES, MAKE-UP AND STAGE DETAIL
The detail is what an audience notices. Costumes are designed and made for each production, make-up is planned for the lighting it will be seen under, and every performer rehearses in the real running order before the show goes on.

SHOW PRODUCTION FOR CORPORATE EVENTS
For corporate clients we create the show and produce it inside the event: product launches, gala dinners, award evenings, conference openings and end-of-year parties. The creative work starts from the brief your marketing or events team already has, so the show carries the message instead of interrupting it.

FASHION SHOW PRODUCTION
We design and produce runway shows and fashion presentations, from boutique launches to large-scale shows. We manage runway construction and lighting, backstage coordination, music, model direction and the choreography of the walk, so the collection is seen the way the designer intended.
The show has been invited to perform at private parties during the Cannes Film Festival several times, and at private events in Hollywood.
LIVE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTION
We produce live concerts, theatrical performances and stage shows for venues of every size: stage management, theatrical lighting and set design, live sound, streaming where it is needed, and artist coordination including riders and logistics. SHOW PRODUCTION FOR HOTELS, RESTAURANTS AND VENUES
Hotels, restaurants, lounges and beach clubs in Dubai use event production and resident shows to give guests a reason to book. We create resident shows that run weekly or nightly: a programme designed for the venue’s space, audience and service style, with costumes and choreography refreshed so regular guests always see something new.

We quote every event production in Dubai on its own brief, but the same factors shape the budget each time:
- Cast size and running time: the number of performers and how long the show runs.
- New or existing show: a show created from scratch takes more work than one adapted from our repertoire.
- Costumes and set: new designs, or pieces adapted from our existing productions.
- Technical production: the stage, lighting, sound and LED screens the room needs.
- Number of performances: one night, a short run or a resident show.
