EFT Entertainment Group is an entertainment company licensed in Abu Dhabi. We create and stage our own productions and bring them to hotel ballrooms, cultural venues, conference centres and outdoor sites across the emirate, from the Corniche to Yas Island and Al Ain.
Because the shows are ours, the programme is shaped around your event rather than picked from a list: a refined performance for a formal or official audience, a story-led show for a product reveal, or a high-energy finale for a company celebration. Our artists, costumes and direction come from one team, and the same team handles the technical plan and the permits.

A strong show depends on details settled weeks before the night. For events in the capital we look at four things early, so the performance on the day matches what was agreed on paper.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SHOW FOR AN ABU DHABI AUDIENCE
Audiences in the capital are often more formal than in Dubai. A corporate dinner can include senior officials, international delegations and families at the same table, so the tone of the entertainment matters as much as the spectacle.
We adjust each programme to the room. Costumes, music, choreography and running length are agreed with you in advance, and anything that needs to respect cultural or religious sensitivities is planned for, not improvised. A formal awards evening may call for a vocalist, a string set and a short visual finale; a company celebration on Yas Island can take a full dance production followed by a party set.
During Ramadan, and around national occasions such as UAE National Day on 2 December, we tailor content and timing to the calendar and to what the venue allows.

HOW WE PREPARE YOUR SHOW
- Brief: date, venue, guest numbers, audience and what the entertainment should achieve.
- Concept: a show proposal with artists, costumes, music and running order, and a quote.
- Preparation: rehearsals, the technical plan with the venue, and permits.
- Show day: travel, set-up, a sound and stage check, and the performance, fitted to your programme.
WHAT SHAPES THE COST OF ENTERTAINMENT IN ABU DHABI
Every programme is quoted for its own brief. The main factors are the number of artists, the length and number of performance slots, costumes and set pieces, the technical requirements of the venue, and travel and timing for the cast.
As a guide, welcome and roaming performers start from AED 5,000, themed dinner shows and folk programmes from AED 10,000, aerial and physical theatre from AED 20,000 and awards night entertainment from AED 25,000. ENTERTAINMENT THROUGH THE ABU DHABI YEAR
The capital’s event calendar is busiest in the cooler months, from October to April. Conference and exhibition seasons at ADNEC bring corporate dinners and side events, and December combines UAE National Day on 2 December with year-end parties and New Year celebrations. Ramadan and Eid shift both the timing and the style of corporate gatherings.
